VILLA VELINKA - FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT

Villa Velinka is a very nice Villa 50m from the Sea and 100m from a Sandy Beach

There are two Apartments:

On the Ground Floor is Apartment with 2 Double Bedrooms, Bathroom/WC

Kitchen/Dining room. Sleeps 4 Adults + 2 Children

On the First Floor is Apartment with 3 double Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms,

newly refurbished Kitchen/Dining room, Sitting room and a large balcony 

with table and chairs, where you can Dine and watch the fantastic sunset.

Sleeps 6 Adults + 3 Children 

Outside is private parking for several cars, children's play area, table and chairs

in the shade of an old Olive tree.

Barbeque, and shower.

Sandy Beach is about 100m down a private drive without a passing traffic.

The water is very shallow and warm, ideal for children.

Above the beach is a bar called "Africa" where you can relax with a cold beer or

cocktail while watching your children playing and swimming on the beach.

This is a truly relaxing family holiday.

Restaurants

200m on the right is a Restaurant/ Pizza place, where you can have your Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 

at very reasonable prices and after you can stay on their beach equipped with chairs, launchers with

a cool beer or cocktail all day long. 

In the Village is another bar and Pizza Restaurant.
